Descrizione:

The Third Eye Association of Mediterranea is operating with the aim of wildlife protection, especially for the turtles who lay eggs to Mersin coasts, the protection of the natural environment and biotopes in general. 

Among the most important aims of the organization is to inform and sensitize public concerning threads and problems of wildlife animals, the simplification of scientific knolwedge concerning wildlife and natural environment, the environmental education of young people and the sensitize of public in general. One of the most important priorities for the organization is the promotion of active citizenship spirit, the empowerment of volunteerism and of the spirit of collaboration and solidarity.

The volunteer will help the members in: cleaning the coast where the turtle lay eggs, prepare media presentations about environmental protection, meeting local people and realize informative meetings on protecting wildlife, trekking with local youth.

Costi:

Vitto, alloggio, materiali e rimborso del 90% del costo di viaggio sono coperti dall’associazione ospitante grazie ai fondi della Comunità Europea (Programma “Gioventù in Azione”).

L’associazione Vicolocorto richiede il tesseramento annuale all’associazione di € 20.
